Incoming Quality Control with Olympus Vanta Element-S Handheld XRF Analyzer

WayKen has upgraded the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) process by introducing the Olympus Vanta Element-S handheld XRF analyzer. IQC is the first step before production, ensuring that all purchased raw materials and components meet the required quantity, dimensions, and material grade. It also helps prevent potential risks caused by variations in material quality over time.
The Vanta Element-S is compact and easy to operate. By placing the analyzer on the metal surface, users can obtain elemental composition results within seconds, enabling quick and accurate alloy grade identification without damaging the material. In addition to metals, the device can also support ROHS-related heavy-element detection in plastics.
With this new equipment, WayKen can perform incoming material inspections more efficiently and reliably, helping maintain stable machining quality and consistency throughout production.
